4.3 Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including rental regulations and fair housing laws.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Any payment processing between landlords and tenants, including rental deposits or monthly rent, is conducted outside the Homey platform.
5.2 Homey may charge fees for premium features or services, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.

6.1 Homey does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of property listings.
6.2 The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.3 Homey is not liable for disputes or damages arising from interactions between landlords and tenants.
7. Limitation of Liability

- a) Losses or damages due to property issues or disputes.
- b) Inaccuracies in user-provided information.
- 7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homey’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the user (if any) for the use of the platform.
